They handle bookings, organise visits, and make sure every customer gets the personal service and attention they deserve.
Dedicated solely to The Good Heating Co., Rachel and Sarah know every detail of our services and customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking to aftercare.

Frank is one of our longest-serving and most trusted engineers. Customers know him for his friendly, reliable approach and his incredible knowledge of heating systems — he’s been looking after many of the same homes and landlords for years.

Jack heads up our installation and underfloor heating servicing, as well as boiler breakdowns and general servicing.
With a keen eye for detail and a calm, can-do approach, Jack ensures every job — from new installs to complex repairs — is completed to the highest standard.
Together, our engineers combine experience, skill, and a genuine care for doing the job right.
Aidan – Air Source Heat Pump Specialist
Aidan is our in-house expert on air source heat pumps and renewable heating systems.
With extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of how to get the best from modern technology, he helps customers make the most of their renewable systems.
