The Good Heating Co. is pleased to announce that we have introduced some incredibly useful new website features and services for our valued customers.
Since the global pandemic, we’ve created our virtual quoting service which is designed to save time and reduce risks. We’ve also added new features, including ‘Find a Boiler’ and ‘Best Sellers’ aimed at helping you find the best boiler for your home or property.
Virtual Quoting Service
In the interest of keeping our customers safe, we’ve introduced a virtual quoting service. This service is to reduce the amount of face-to-face contact needed to do the job, but also to save customers time, flexibly working around your schedule. The virtual quoting service is an arranged video call with one of our engineers, using Whatsapp, Skype or Facebook.
To use this service simply get in touch and we’ll arrange a video call at a time to suit you. This way you can show us the room, boiler or issue you need help with and we can give you a quote based on this.
Please note – Face-to-face is still available for those who need or prefer this.
Online – Boiler Finder Service
We’ve recently added an online boiler finder to our website. It’s simple and easy to use, taking you through some really quick questions. Based on your answers a selection of appropriate boilers will be displayed with basic prices (not including installation). The aim is to offer a quick and easy way to help you decide on the best boiler for your home or property.
Best Selling Boilers
Finally, we’ve added a bestsellers section to our website. The aim is for you to see some of the top sellers at a glance, as inspiration or to help inform your decision.
