Coronavirus COVID-19 - What you need to know

Due to the increase in the disruption caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we wanted to communicate to all our existing and new customers, to reassure them that we are working hard to monitor the situation, and putting the safety of our customers at the heart of our business.

We know how important it is for you all to keep warm and have hot running water, so have taken the decision to concentrate our efforts on boiler repairs for the short to medium term. Every customer is important to us, and we hope you understand that we need to prioritise the vulnerable in these uncertain times. This means that there is the possibility of a slight delay with regards to the services that we are providing.

None of us know how long this situation will last but we are doing our very best to stay on top of the situation. This means annual services and non-essential installations, such as extra radiators, will not take priority, although we will, of course, endeavour to complete these as soon as possible.

There is no need to worry about a slight delay in your boiler service if this is required as a term under your warranty; we will honour any guarantees that are due to expire.

Furthermore, in order to protect the safety of our customers, our engineers will be taking extra hygiene precautions when visiting customers. This will include washing hands on entering and leaving properties and maintaining a safe distance from customers. Please rest assured that we will continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers, and these additional safety measures will not affect the level of service that you receive.

Health and safety remain our priority, regarding both our team and their families. We are putting precautionary measures together which include setting up diverts on our calls so that if any of our team need to self-isolate, our staff can continue to be prompt and professional in dealing with incoming enquiries by telephone.
