Bronze Package

£25 per month or £300 Annually
  • Repairs to your gas central heating system, including the boiler, controls, thermostat and programmer.
  • Annual service of your boiler to ensure it is running safely and efficiently. (Your annual boiler services may be more than 12 months apart)
  • Up to £700 to gain access and make good for each repair.
  • Priority Customer Care: Receive top-priority support for service requests.
  • Priority Call Outs: Expedited service for faster issue resolution.
  • Exclusive Discounts: Access to exclusive offers on system upgrades.
  • Peace of mind for your central heating boiler and more.

What’s Not Included in Bronze Package

  • Claims in the first 14 days.
  • Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it causes if we tell you, it might be a problem for your system or boiler.
  • Showers and their parts, shower pumps, sanitary ware, and sealant.
  • Waste pipes and drains.
  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults.

Silver package

£30 per month or £360 Annually
  • Repairs to your gas central heating system, including the boiler, controls, thermostat, programmer, radiators, and hot water cylinder.
  • Annual service of your boiler to ensure it is running safely and efficiently. (Your annual boiler services may be more than 12 months apart)
  • Up to £800 to gain access and make good for each repair.
  • Priority Customer Care: Receive top-priority support for service requests.
  • Priority Call Outs: Expedited service for faster issue resolution.
  • Repairs to the plumbing system in your home and outbuildings and the water supply pipe from your internal stop tap.
  • Exclusive Discounts: Access to exclusive offers on system upgrades.
  • Peace of mind for your central heating, plumbing and more.

What’s Not Included in Silver Package

  • Claims in the first 14 days.
  • Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it causes if we tell you, it might be a problem for your system or boiler.

  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults.
Pricing and Premium Adjustments

These prices are fixed, regardless of your boiler’s age. However, premiums may go up or down depending on the amount of claims you have. We aim to provide fair and competitive pricing while offering comprehensive coverage for your heating, plumbing, and electrical needs. A £96 initial charge is payable for new customers for an engineer survey for assessment to be completed. Once this has been completed, we will advise you if your boiler is eligible for our Gas Care Cover.
